1. Automation Engineering (Electrical)

Job Description:

• Operating and controlling C language Program
• Operating and analyzing image/vision software
• Operating Robotic and PLC program

Requirement:

• D3/D4/S1 Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering
• Good understanding of PLC Programming and Robotic
• Good understanding of C Language Programming
• Familiar with automation system
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia

2. Cost Control Staff

Job Description :

Handle product cost control and engineering cost down promotion

Requirement :

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree of Industrial Engineering or relevant
• Have good knowledge of data management and Ms. Office (Esp. Ms. Excel)
• Strong analytical thinking, good planning and organizing tasks
• Eager to learn and able to work with team or individual
• Able to work under pressure with tight deadline

3. CSR Auditor Staff

Job Description :

• Doing General Management for CSR Audit Activities
• Handling Pollution & waste control
• Responsible for Policy, Process control, etc related to CSR Audit
• Handling Cost reduction program
• Handling for Delivery deadline (system control)
• Responsible for Management of chemical Substance

Requirement :

• D4/S1 Technical/ Economy/Any with related work experience
• Have working experience in the same position is required for this position
• Strong in data analytic and analysis
• Good communication skill

4. Firmware Design Staff (Embedded System Developer)

Job Description :

• Design Printer Firmware for several printing function (mechanical movement, copy, scan, GUI, image processing)
• Conduct design process, from: Specification study, create design concept, programming (using C or C++), debugging, evaluation in developing firmware

Requirement :

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree of Electronics Engineering/ Informatics Engineering/ Computer Engineering/ System Control/ Telecommunication/ Physics Instrumentation
• Have good knowledge of software development, programming (esp. C/C++ language) and OOP
• Have knowledge of Digital Numeric Calculation/Conversion
• Strong analytical thinking, good planning and organizing tasks
• Eager to learn and able to work with team or individual
• Able to work under pressure with tight deadline

5. Fixed Asset Control Staff

Responsibilities:

• Handling daily fixed asset transaction
• Prepare monthly CIP confirmation and completion to fixed asset to related department
• Prepare monthly FA reporting.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree, Accounting.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field, in manufacturing will be advantage.
• Have experience in controlling fixed asset transactions, both physical asset and bookkeeping
• Have experience in budgeting for capital investment, including controlling the actual data, both the asset balance and calculation of depreciation.
• Have experience in making fixed asset monthly reports accompanied by good analysis for accounting, tax and customs purpose including knowledge of regulations, applicable laws according to concepts of accounting, tax and customs.
• Good analytical thinking, detail oriented, discipline, fast response and good team player.
• Fluent in English both oral and written.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Cikarang,Kabupaten Bekasi.

6. HR Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Doing administrative job such as manual input of In/Out attendance data ID Card Making/Stock Control
• FPR maintenance
• Support for income tax (PPh 21) activities
• Doing data processing in Personnel Management Dept

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering, statistics, mathematics, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Expert to use Microsoft (Ms. Excel, MS. Word, Ms. PowerPoint)
• Able to understand and learn new things
• High attention to details, good management, and interest with ‘Human Resource’
• Expertise in data processing
• Have knowledge about taxation is a plus
• Fluent in English both oral and written

7. Mechanical & Robotic Staff

Job Description:

• Have good understanding of mechanical drawing
• Have good understanding of wiring pneumatic, repairing and set up machine

Requirement:

• D3/D4/S1 Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering
• Able to make 2D and 3D technical drawing
• Familiar with 2D & 3D drawing application such as AutoCAD/Pro Engineering.
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia

8. Mold Manufacture Staff

Job Description :

• Handle mold & jig manufacture (manual machine process, mold assembly process)
• Handle mold repair and improvement

Requirement :

• SMK Mechanical/Manufacture Engineering or relevant
• Have experience in the related field (mold repair/mold assembly) is required for this position
• Active, discipline, honest, responsible, able to work in team and independent
• Able to work under pressure with tight deadline

9. Mold Set Up & Maintenance Staff

Job Description:

• Handle new mold trial and analysis
• Mold set up / trial and 4M follow up
• Follow up customer claim and countermeasure
• Handle 5S and 3T activities
• Handle mold repair and maintenance

Requirements:

• SMK Mechanical Engineering or relevant
• Has knowledge and experience in mold set up and repair
• Good analytical thinking
• Required language (s): English
• Full-Time position(s) available.

10. Parts Engineering Staff

Job Description:

• Follow up and control part quality, from design discussion until mass production
• Monitoring and control supplier QCD performance

Requirement:

• D4/S1 Mechanical/Material Metallurgical Engineering
• Able to read technical drawing (2D and 3D)
• Understand mold injection process
• Good negotiation skill
• Able to work in team or individually

11. Parts IQC Staff (Proteksi Radiasi)

Job Description :

• Creating a radiation occupational safety program in the company
• Ensuring radiation work equipment is functioning properly
• Create and implement procedural operating standards and policies in carrying out radiation protection and safety as a top priority in work
• Identifying and also at the same time making improvements to several factors that are closely related to radiation protection and safety.
• Conducting leak tests of work equipment radiation
• Make an update procedure radiation refer to UU, PP and PERKA BAPETEN
• Permit radiation to BAPETEN for all XRF machine
• Conduct analysis for Restriction of Hazardous Substance XRF Machine

Requirement :

• D3/D4/S1 Chemical Engineering
• Have minimum 2 years working experience in the same position
• Strong in data analytic and analysis
• Required language(s): English

12. Parts Production & Control Staff

Job Description:

• Evaluating manufacture process
• Developing effective automated and non-automated systems
• Testing new and existing production procedures
• Conducting research in various robotic fields
• Making program (teaching) and testing robotic systems

Requirements:

• D4/S1 Electrical/Electronics Engineering/ Mechatronics/ Computer Science
• Have knowledge of C++ programming language and PLC
• Well-versed in relevant software (e.g CAD /CAM, Ms. Office)

13. Parts Warehouse Control Staff

Job Description :

• Support system development inn parts warehouse division
• Support New Project implementation in parts warehouse department

Requirement :

• D4/S1 Logistic Management/Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Have 1 year experience with related field would be an advantage
• Understand logistic system
• Good analytical thinking
• Able to work in team and individually
• Fluent in English

14. PCB Design Staff

Job Description:

• Design electrical circuit (Main controller, Power supply, digital circuit) board design for printer
• Evaluating and trouble shoot electronic circuit
• EMC testing and making the report
• Investigate new technology or make innovation in electronic design

Requirement:

• D4/S1 Electrical/Electronics Engineering
• Understanding Digital Circuit Analysis
• Electrical Design and Evaluation Electronic Circuit Analysis and able to use C Language well

15. Planning & Mechanical Design Staff

Job Description:

• Making design concept, modelling, drawing, and evaluation
• Making document (Technical report, specification, calculation)

Requirement:

• D4/S1 Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering
• Able to work in team/individually
• Familiar with Technical drawing software (such as:CATIA or Pro-Eng software)

16. Product CSQA Staff

Job Description :

• Handle Quality of shipping finish good
• Handle Quality of new model
• Conduct Quality Audit

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s Degree of Electronic Engineering/Industrial Engineering
• Have good knowledge in Quality Assurance in manufacturing
• Strong analytical thinking
• Able to work under pressure with tight deadline and good team player

17. Product Engineering Staff (Process and Analysis)

Job Description :

• Create and revise product engineer document (ACL, PEL, ALO, MOST, MES)
• Follow-up of process issues
• Do planning and implementation of cost reduction/improvement/efficiency

Requirement :

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree of Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or relevant
• Strong analytical thinking, good planning and organizing tasks

18. Purchase Cost Control Staff

Responsibilities:

• Handle quotation price from vendor and do verification
• Summarize all price in each model and escalation the price issue.
• Monitoring and updating cost estimates for projects to ensure that costs are within expected ranges
• Conducting cost analyses to identify areas where costs can be reduced or eliminated altogether
• Monitoring budgets to ensure that spending does not exceed approved levels
• Collecting cost data from suppliers to track material costs
• Preparing reports to management regarding costs and expenses
• Preparing bid estimates for new projects or bids on existing projects
• Managing supplier relationships to ensure that the company is receiving quality products at competitive prices

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Industrial Engineering.
• Exceptionally well organized with an aptitude for data
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Solid networking and interpersonal skills
• Able to generate budgets and reports

Job Description :

• Control daily vendor operation
• Make sure parts supply smoothly to Production
• Handling Procurement basic operation

• Good communication skill

20. Software Design Staff

Job Description :

• Design software for printer inpsction which use in manufacturing line
• Analyze problem in manufacturing from software/firmware/mechanism point of view and feed back software sequence imrovement to assure printer manufacturing can achieve target level of quality and productivity

Requirement :

• D3/D4/S1 Electronic/Infomatic Engineering
• Familiar with C/C++ Language programming
• Good analytical thinking

21. Software Engineer / Full-stack Developer

Job Description:

• Design and develop scalable, reliable and fault tolerant of line of business web application that powers Epson manufacturing operations.
• Write code that you are proud of, with extensibility, scalability and performance in mind.
• Write maintainable and clean codes, and able to follow company code standard.
• Analyzing requirements and designing new functionality.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
• Supporting and fixing existing functionality.

Requirement:

• D3/S1 programming academic background is preferred (Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics).
• Have good problem solving.
• Proficiency with fundamental front-end web programming language such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiar with one or more of server-side popular programming languages such as ASP.NET, C#, NodeJS, Ruby, Python, Go-Lang, Java or PHP.
• Experienced in dealing with database.
• Familiar with Application Lifecycle Management tools such as Git, VSTS, or TFS.

22. Software Inspection (Japanese Translator)

Job Description:

• Do quality confirmation of new printer software/firmware to ensure all functions running as design, and product has performance as specified in quality standard
• Analysis any nonconformance items for customer points of view, to be feedback for design improvement
• Designing inspection check sheet
• Analyze and reporting problem and inspection result
• Design printer program-based requirement specification of printer
• Develop printer program based on design specification
• Make sure the quality of developed program by competences evaluation
• Translate design document from Japanese to English

Requirement:

• D4/S1 Japanese Language/Literature or relevant
• Have JLPT N-2 would be an advantage.
• Has knowledge and interest in software testing (Software Quality Assurance) new technology trend, customer behavior
• Has knowledge in networking technology
• Strong in analytical thinking
• Good systematic of works
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
