Per tanggal 1 April 2017, PT Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors (KTB) melakukan restrukturisasi bisnis dan mengalihkan bisnis distribusi kendaraan penumpang dan niaga ringan merek Mitsubishi Motors di Indonesia kepada PT Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Sales Indonesia (MMKSI). Restrukturisasi ini bertujuan untuk lebih fokus pada setiap segmen pasar, serta untuk merespon dan berkontribusi pada setiap pemintaan dari masing – masing segmen pasar dengan cepat dan fleksibel. Melalui perubahan struktur organisasi ini, Mitsubishi bertujuan untuk terus berkembang dan memperluas produk dan layanan dengan kualitas yang lebih baik, yang tentunya hal ini diperuntukkan bagi konsumen setia kendaraan Mitsubishi dan juga masyarakat Indonesia.

1. Technical Planning Staff

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and monitoring product quality report to principal
  • Manage quality issue to be follow up to factory and principal
  • Keep close communication to dealers about field quality issue handling in the market
  • Evaluate and improve technical operation at dealer
  • Manage recall activity (field fix campaign)
  • Prepare new model development


Qualifications:

  • 21 – 26 Yo
  • Associate/Bachelor/master’s Degree in: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or related field.
  • Good command of English (verbal and written).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • General knowledge of After Sales Business.
  • General knowledge in Technical.
  • General knowledge in automotive troubleshooting.
  • General knowledge of analysis warranty.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends of Mitsubishi vehicles.
  • Mastering mechanical automotive skills (remove, install, inspection).


2. Technical Service Staff

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to achieve section target KPI.
  • As the main PIC for assisting dealers to solve vehicle troubles shooting.
  • Responsible to handle customer complaints for after-sales activities.
  • Responsible for Product Quality Process (monitoring – reporting).
  • Responsible to handle part storage.
  • Coordinate with related departments, dealers, and other parties.
  • Conduct study & analysis of the frequent technical problems.
  • Support New Product Development Project.


Qualifications:

  • 20 – 25 Yo
  • Associate/Bachelor/master’s Degree in: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or related field.
  • Good command of English (verbal and written).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • General knowledge of After Sales Business.
  • Proven experience in Technical Analysis.
  • Experience in automotive troubleshooting.
  • Experience of analysis warranty.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends of Mitsubishi vehicles.
  • Mastering mechanical automotive skills (remove, install, inspection).


3. Marketing Promotion & Strategy After Sales Staff

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to achieve section target KPI.
  • As the main PIC for after-sales marketing activities (developing, coordinating, maintaining, monitoring, and reporting).
  • Responsible to handle creative design for after-sales marketing activities.
  • Responsible for enhancement projects for after-sales customer relations (coordinating, maintaining, monitoring, and reporting).
  • Coordinate with agencies, vendors, related departments, dealers, and other parties.


Qualifications:

23 – 30 Yo

  • Bachelor/master’s Degree in : Marketing, Management, Industrial Engineering, International Business, Communication, Design Communication Visual, Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience in Marketing Promotion.
  • Good command of English (verbal and written).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill.
  • General knowledge of After Sales Business.
  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Familiar in using basic formula of Ms. Excel (vlookup, hlookup, pivot table).
  • Familiar in using creative design software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator).


4. Pension Fund Staff

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain investment administration and report
  • Maintain participant registration and personal data
  • Handle pension benefit payment to participants
  • Prepare payments and cash flow report
  • Liaise with bank, auditor, actuary, and other parties
  • Stay updated on the latest regulations and guidelines issued by OJK related to pension funds.


Qualifications:

  • 22 – 27 Yo
  • Bachelor’s degree on Accounting/Fiscal Administration/Economics/Management.
  • Good command in English.
  • Familiar in using Microsoft Office (Ms. Excel, etc)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills


5. Industrial Policy Staff

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal and external parties regarding TPT (Tanda Pendaftaran Tipe), TA (Technical Assistance), and product issues.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with the government, regulator, association, group companies, and other brands.
  • Analyze government regulation regarding vehicle product specification and create analysis report.
  • Verify the compliance of government policies with the planned vehicle specifications to be included in the lineup.
  • Update information related with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes that may impact vehicle homologation processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of all homologation activities, including documentation, test report, and certification.
  • Support import license process.


Qualifications:

27 – 30 yo.

  • Bachelor/master’s Degree in: Law, Social Science, Political Science, Law, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in industrial policy, homologation.
  • Proficient in active English communication.
  • In-depth knowledge of government regulations and standards related to vehicle homologation.
  • Proven good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in operating Microsoft Office programs.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong commitment to ensuring compliance and adhering to regulatory requirements.


6. Area Coordinator After Sales Staff

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain good relationships with dealers’ management and team members.
  • Control & set up dealers’ targets and maintain the achievement.
  • Set up activity to achieve targeted service incoming unit, spare parts sales, and customer satisfaction index.
  • Conduct study and analyze service incoming unit and spare parts consumption.
  • Monitor dealers’ spare parts payment and delivery.
  • Support after-sales marketing program and ensure its implementation on dealers.


Qualifications:

  • 25 – 30 Yo
  • Bachelor/master’s Degree in: Marketing, Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Area Coordinator.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to drive a car (both manual & automatic transmission) and have a driving license.
  • Familiar with using Ms. Excel (v/hlookup, if function, pivot, etc).
  • Proven experience of implementing PDCA.
  • Had a general knowledge of after-sales business will be a plus.
  • Willing to travel frequently for business trips.
