PT ASI Pujiastuti Aviation (Susi Air) adalah maskapai penerbangan indonesia yang dioperasikan oleh PT ASI Pujiastuti Aviation dengan penerbangan berjadwal dan charter. Berkantor-pusat di Pangandaran,Jawa Barat , Susi Air beroperasi dari lima pangkalan utamanya di Medan, Jakarta, Balikpapan, Kendari, Bandung, Cilacap, dan Sentani akan tetapi maskapai ini masih terdaftar pada daftar maskapai penerbangan dilarang di Uni Eropa.

1. Operations Control Centre (OCC)
Level: Staff
- Duty Station: Pangandaran, Indonesia
- Language: Indonesia and English
- Type of Appointment: Contract
Organizational Context:
Susi Air is a leading airline company in Indonesia, committed to delivering reliable air transport services across the archipelago. As part of our growing team, we are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our Operations Control Center (OCC), which plays a crucial role in coordinating, monitoring, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all flights.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Under the supervision of the Head of OCC, the OCC Officer will be responsible for:
- Coordinating flight schedules and operations in compliance with aviation standards
- Monitoring real-time flight activities and ensuring smooth dispatch
- Communicating effectively with pilots, crew, and relevant stakeholders
- Ensuring safety protocols and airport regulations are adhered to
- Maintaining documentation and operational records
- Responding promptly and effectively to operational challenges
- Performing other duties as required
Qualifications and Experience:
Education:
- Degree in Aviation or related field is required
Experience:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Preferred: 1–2 years of experience in airline operations or related aviation roles
Licenses/Certificates:
- Active FOO (Flight Operations Officer) License
- Certificate of completion for airline operations courses
Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Sound understanding of airport operations, safety regulations, and flight procedures
- High level of responsibility and attention to detail
- Flexibility and willingness to be placed anywhere in Indonesia
2. Call Centre
- Department/Office: Customer Service
- Duty Station: Pangandaran – West Java
- Job Type: Contractual
- Job Level: Officer
- Languages Required: Indonesian and English
Org. Setting and Reporting
- The Call Centre Staff position is located under the Customer Service unit. The person will report directly to the Management and coordinate closely with the OCC team. This role is essential in ensuring effective communication between the company and customers regarding flight-related matters
Responsibilities
- The Call Centre Staff will be responsible for the following duties:
- Handling incoming and outgoing customer calls regarding flight information, bookings, and general inquiries
- Managing reservations, reschedules, and cancellations using the internal booking system
- Addressing customer complaints and ensuring issues are resolved or escalated appropriately
- Providing timely updates and coordination with related departments during irregular operations
- Recording all interactions accurately and maintaining call logs
- Supporting internal teams with customer-related data and insights
- Participating in shift-based scheduling, including weekends and holidays

Competencies

Education
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in any major. Background in communications, aviation, or hospitality is an advantage
Work Experience
- Experience in customer service or call centre operations is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Languages
- Fluency in Indonesian is required. Basic English proficiency is preferred
Assessment
- Evaluation of qualified candidates will include an interview and/or simulation of customer service tasks.
3. Charter Officer
Requirements:
- Minimum D3/S1 in Business, Aviation Management, Public Relations, or related field.
- Experience in charter flight coordination, sales, or customer service is a plus.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken) and Microsoft Office tools.
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to coordinate between clients, operations, and third-party.
- Customer-service-oriented and responsive.
- Capable of preparing and managing charter flight documentation.
- Attention to detail, especially in handling time-sensitive and client-specific requests.
4. Data Entry Officer
Requirements:
- Minimum education: High School or D3 in any major (preferably Information Systems, Statistics, or related field).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; internship experience is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and basic formulas).
- Basic understanding of data input, validation, and accuracy checking.
Qualifications:
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to work with large datasets efficiently.
- Able to work independently and with a team.
- Fast learner with good time management.
- Willing to be mobilized to various locations.
5. General Affairs (GA) Officer
Requirements:
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in any major (preferably in Management, Administration, or related field).
- Open for fresh graduate but have 1 year of experience in a General Affairs or related administrative role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to coordinate with internal and external parties (vendors, building management, etc.).
- Willing to be placed and mobilized as needed.
Qualifications:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and time management.
- Capable of managing office facilities, accommodation, transportation, and logistics.
- Able to handle inventory, procurement, and routine office maintenance.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
