PTFI menambang dan memproses bijih menghasilkan konsentrat yang mengandung tembaga, emas dan perak. Kami memasarkan konsentrat ke seluruh penjuru dunia dan terutama ke smelter tembaga dalam negeri, PT Smelting. Kami beroperasi di dataran tinggi terpencil di Pengunungan Sudirman, Kabupaten Mimika, Provinsi Papua, Indonesia

1. Receptionist

  • Jakarta Tempindo is one of the manpower supply contractors of PT. Freeport Indonesia.
  • Employment Type: 12-month contract based with possibility extension


Job Description:

  • Standing by at reception table at 29th floor PTFI JKTA new office, PCP building
  • WFO all day
  • Managing incoming corporate calls
  • Receiving corporate guests by coordinating with building reception ground floor
  • Coordinating with users and building management regarding loading in/out
  • Addressing inquiries and providing information to clients and customers.
  • Managing and releasing corporate official letter number
  • Creating monthly guest report
  • Coordinating and collaborating with GA for corporate events


Job Requirements:

  • Female
  • Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in basic MS Office application (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Maintaining an attractive professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Preferably with similar previous experiences but fresh graduates are welcome
  • Preferably individual with open and outspoken personality and have aptitude in entertaining and public speaking

2. Superintendent Architectural

Job Requirements:

  • Education background, and work experience to succeed in this job roles are:
  • Education: S1 Architectural Engineering and Professional Management Project (PMP) and or S2 Management Business Administration
  • Experience in Project and Architectural Design Engineering more than 12 years. Preferable in Mining and or Oil Company
  • Financial : Manage multi discipline project value $200 million per year; Management of Change (AFE cost estimation level 4, Supplement AFE, and Projects Change Notice) to achieve project cost under run.


Non Financial:

  • Number of Project 120 project/ year
  • Number of vendor relation 20 vendors
  • Number of consultant relation 5 consultants
  • Number of contractor relation more than 2 contractors
  • Lead Discipline architectural
  • Project Engineer to lead multi disciplines project
  • Area Projects scope: All Jobsite
  • Number or direct sub-ordinate 3 persons
  • Number of manpower 4 staff (2 Staff and 2 Non Staff)
  • Working Location: Highland, all projects area


3. Analyst, Supply Chain Logistics

The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:

  • Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Maritime or Business Management, IT/Computer Science, Statistics or equivalent with at least 3 years working experience in similarly relevant field. 
  • Experience with data analysis and the use of logistics-related software, such as transportation management systems (TMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems ie SAP, S4/Hana, Ellipse, etc.
