Merdeka Tsingshan Indonesia (MTI) yang merupakan bagian dari PT Merdeka Copper Gold, Tbk. dan beroperasi di Morowali, Sulawesi Tengah beberapa waktu lalu membekali pengemudinya dengan pengetahuan tentang keselamatan mengemudi. Fabio Silap, Health and Safety Superintendent MTI menyatakan bahwa hal tersebut penting mengingat pengemudi dari MTI setiap hari harus beroperasi melalui dua tipe lalu lintas, yaitu lalu lintas di area industri dan lalu lintas jalan raya yang tentu saja membutuhkan pendekatan yang berbeda dalam melakukan tugasnya sehari-hari.

Dan kini pihak perusahan telah membuka rekrutmen terbaru dengan ketentuan dan persyaratan yang dibutuhkan adalah sebagai berikut.

1. Admin Officer (Mandarin Speaker)

• Admin Officer (Mandarin Speaker) is responsible for performing administrative tasks, including data and document management, report preparation, handling correspondence, document archiving, and supporting other operational administrative activities.

Requirements :

• Minimum diploma (D3) in Business Administration or a related major.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar position, preferably in production administration field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizing and coordinating skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English languages.
• Possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail in data evaluation and reporting.
• Excellent teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Demonstrates the capacity to work efficiently in high-pressure situations.

2. Mandarin Translator

• Mandarin Translator will be responsible for providing accurate and effective translations and interpretations between Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia or English. This role involves working closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients to facilitate effective communication. The Mandarin Translator will also assist in document translation, meetings, presentations, and other relevant tasks.

Requirements :

• Senior High School (SMA) or equivalent (a higher degree is preferred, especially in Mandarin-related fields)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant industry (eg., mining, manufacturing, smelter, construction project, etc.)
• Able to speak and read Simplified Chinese fluently.
• HSK Level 4 certificate or above is an advantage.
• Proficient in using computers, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with cross-cultural and cross-department teams.
• High attention to detail, high responsibility, and a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
• Ability to work on high pressure circumstances and willing to be assigned to dynamic environments or project sites.

3. Assistant Production Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker)

• Assistant Production Supervisor is responsible for assisting the supervisor in organizing production activities, managing personnel and equipment, ensuring safety compliance, conducting inspections, and supervising employees to maintain smooth operations. Enforced safety, environmental, and 75 standards, managed team performance, and supported monthly evaluations, adhering to all regulations and completing assigned tasks.

Requirements :

• Minimum diploma (D3) in Chemical, Metallurgy, Engineering or a related major.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in a supervisory or technical role, preferably in chemical industry or metal processing plant.
• In-depth knowledge of Mandarin skills both speaking, listening, writing, or reading.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse departments and stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in high-risk environments with a commitment to safety and health standards.
• Ability to work on high pressure circumstances and willing to be assigned to dynamic environments or project sites.

4. Expeditor Staff (Mandarin Speaker)

Expeditor Staff will be responsible for responsible for coordinating and tracking the timely delivery of materials, equipment, and goods, ensuring they arrive according to project timelines and specifications. This role requires close coordination with suppliers, logistics teams, and internal departments, particularly involving Mandarin-speaking vendors or documents.

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of proven experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry or a metal processing plant.
• Proficiency in report writing, Microsoft Excel, and presentations skills is mandatory.
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse procedures related to inbound and outbound material flow.
• Proficient in using ERP systems, shipment tracking tools and the ability to prepare status reports
• Demonstrated experience in monitoring and expediting the delivery of goods or materials.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers, logistics teams, and internal departments.
• Possess a strong tracking and follow-up skills to resolve delivery delays or issues.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Excellent teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse departments.
