Harum Energy mengakuisisi 51% saham PT Position pada tahun 2021, memperluas portofolio bisnisnya dari batu bara ke mineral strategis yang mendukung ekosistem energi baru terbarukan (EBT). Supervisor Mine Plan Engineering

Job Summary:

• Supervising short to medium term mine plans to ensure efficient, safe, and compliant mining operations.Ensures alignment between daily production, long-term mine design, and operational constraints to achieve production targets and optimize resource utilization.

Main Accountability:

• Develop and supervise daily to monthly mine plans aligned with long-term production targets.
• Design short-term pit, haul road, and waste dump layouts using mine planning software (Surpac, Minescape, Vulcan, Datamine).
• Optimize mining sequences to ensure efficient ore extraction and minimal dilution.
• Coordinate with Production, Geology, and Survey teams to ensure plan execution and operational alignment.
• Monitor actual vs. planned progress, analyze deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage mine planning and production data to maintain accuracy and integrity.
• Prepare periodic reports on production forecasts, material movement, and reconciliation.
• Support operations by monitoring production performance and recommending efficiency improvements.
• Ensure all mine plans comply with HSE, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy, cost efficiency, and operational safety.

Preferable:

• Experience in mining.

Supervisor Logistic

Job Summary:

• Manages logistics planning, ensures timely delivery, controls inventory, coordinates shipments, leads the team, enforces safety, handles incidents, and manages budget efficiently.

Main Accountability:

• Develop short and long term logistics plan aligned with production schedules and operational needs.
• Ensure timely delivery and availability of all logistic materials (consumables goods, food material, tools and other supplies).
• Monitor and control stock levels to prevent overstock or shortage.
• Coordinate daily shipment and delivery activities (land, sea, air freight) between start supplies, port, and mine site. Also dooring or franco to mine site.
• Implement inventory control practices such as FIFO and maintain accurate stock data in the WMS.
• Ensure all logistic related documentation (delivery order, manifest, BAST, invoice etc) is complete, valid and recorded.
• Supervise and develop logistic team (warehouseman, helpers, admin), ensure shift scheduling and workload distribution are efficient.
• Promote a strong safety culture and lead by example in implementing safety procedure. Report and follow up any incidents or near misses related to logistics operations.
• Control logistics budget and identify cost reduction opportunities.

Preferable:

• Experience in mining.

Supervisor Environment

Job Summary:

• Manages and checks environmental programs in nickel mining. They watch over field work, make sure rules are followed, and prepare reports. They handle environmental risks, work with teams and agencies, lead efforts to improve and keep the environment safe.

Main Accountability:

• Monitor the implementation of environmental management and monitoring programs (RKL-RPL, Amdal).
• Evaluate and follow up on environmental management and monitoring results.
• Supervise and coordinate environmental management and monitoring activities in the field.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company standards.
• Prepare regular reports on environmental conditions and management outcomes.
• Identify and manage environmental risks in line with sustainability principles.
• Develop continuous programs to improve environmental quality.
• Coordinate with relevant agencies and internal teams to address environmental issues.
• Demonstrate strong leadership in managing the environmental team and executing routine work plans.

Preferable:

• Experience in mining.

Officer Environment

Job Summary:

• Supports environmental compliance by monitoring and managing data related to environmental programs. They prepare reports, assist with environmental monitoring activities, and help ensure all work follows laws and company policies. The role involves teamwork with supervisors and other staff to address environmental issues and promote sustainability.

Main Accountability:

• Monitor and ensure all environmental activities comply with laws and company policies.
• Collect, manage, and analyze environmental data from monitoring programs.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports on environmental conditions and results for management.
• Assist in planning and carrying out environmental monitoring and result for management and government or related agencies tasks.
• Help coordinate with supervisors and other teams to solve environmental issues.
• Support efforts to improve sustainability and reduce environmental risks.

• Experience in mining.

Foreman Civil & Construction

Job Summary:

• The Foreman Civil & Construction oversees daily civil and construction activities, manages teams, ensures safety and quality standards, and coordinates with contractors. Uses civil software for planning and reporting, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensures project milestones are met efficiently.

Main Accountability:

• Supervise and monitor civil/construction field work to meet project standards.
• Lead the team to complete daily, weekly, and monthly work plans efficiently.
• Coordinate workflow and communication between internal teams and contractors.
• Schedule inspections, manage project documentation, and provide progress reports.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are followed on-site.
• Use civil engineering software like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Project for planning and reporting.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues in construction activities.

Preferable:

• Domiciled in Maluku, Ambon or Sulawesi.
• Experience in mining or industry.

Admin Operation Production

Job Summary:

• Supports production teams by managing operational data, reporting, and logistics for efficient ore extraction and processing at remote sites. Key duties include inputting production data into systems, coordinating work area administration, preparing operational reports, and assisting supervisors with daily targets to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with safety standards.

Main Accountability:

• Accurate Data Input: Enter daily production metrics (heavy equipment use, shifts) into ERP/mining systems, verify against logs, and generate reports for compliance.
• Coordinate scheduling, resource allocation (tools/vehicles), and issue resolution for production zones; optimize workflows amid delays.
• Document Preparation: Used to handling databases and MS Office, draft and manage ops docs like shift plans, logs, and compliance reports; handle inventory/vendor tasks digitally for efficiency in remote sites.
• On-Site Coordination: Report to operations supervisor, resume weighbright data, and update progress via group apps/radio.

Preferable:

• Domiciled in Maluku, Ambon or Sulawesi.
