PT Honda Prospect Motor (HPM) sebagai Agen Tunggal Pemegang Merk (ATPM) yang mengimpor, merakit dan memproduksi kendaraan menggunakan merk Honda di Indonesia. HPM memiliki kantor pusat berlokasi di Jakarta Utara, sedangkan pabriknya terletak di Karawang, Jawa Barat. Produk-produk diantaranya Honda Jazz, Honda CR-V, Honda Civic, Honda Brio, Honda Accord, Honda City dan juga Honda Odyssey. HPM memiliki sekitar 85 dealer tersebar di Nusantara. HPM mulai mengoperasikan pabrik keduanya sekaligus meluncurkan lini baru produknya yakni Honda Mobilio pada tahun 2014. Perusahaan ini berkomitmen meningkatkan pangsa pasar di bidang otomotif di Indonesia.

1. BUDGET ADMINISTRATION STAFF

Ensure the financial and administrative activities in the department are running well and carry out the billing administration process in HPM activities and programs with dealers and vendors.


Specific Requirement:

  • Major: Diploma of Computerized Accounting, Accounting, Management
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Ms. Excel
  • Placement in Sunter, North Jakarta


General Qualifications:

  • Discipline, firm and have a strong leadership
  • Able to work under pressure and target-oriented
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Have an interest in the automotive field (automobile)
  • Proficient in Ms. Excel & Power Point
  • Proficient in English (both oral & written)
  • Have a TOEIC/TOEFL Certification with minimum score 550 for TOEIC or 493 for TOEFL
  • COVID-19 vaccine certificate-full doses (up to 1st booster are welcome)

2. INDISCIPLINE CONTROL STAFF

To socialize and monitor the implementation of company rules and to deal with employees who commit disciplinary offences in order to create a harmonious working relationship between management and employees.


Specific Requirement:

  • Major: Bachelor of Law, Management
  • Work under shifting hours
  • Placement in Karawang, West Java


General Qualifications:

  • Discipline, firm and have a strong leadership
  • Able to work under pressure and target-oriented
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Have an interest in the automotive field (automobile)
  • Proficient in Ms. Excel & Power Point
  • Proficient in English (both oral & written)

3. OPERATIONAL RISK ANALYST

Help organization to mitigate risks arising from internal process, people, and systems by investigate the procedures or processes during its operation and document these activities and tighten up procedure where necessary.


Specific Requirement:

  • Bachelor of Management, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety
  • Preferably have knowledge about risk management
  • Willing to be placed at Karawang, West Java

4. PRODUCTION STAFF

Ensure the production process run on target, analyze, and make continuous improvements in the working system, oversee 5S and safety implementation in the production line according to regulations, manage manpower in production area


Specific Requirement:

  • Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Engineering
  • Able to perform technical design using Solidwork & CATIA
  • Able to perform technical design using AutoCad
  • Bachelor of Electrical Engineering
  • Understand and able to operate PLC / SCADA / IoT / BMS
  • Work under shifting hours
  • Placement in Karawang, West Java


General Qualifications:

Analyze, evaluate and conduct assessment process for new hires using multi-tools also manage talent pool according to company and user needs.


As a staff, your role is to be a system analyst to improve work processes, manage working time and resources effectively, identify potential problems and find solutions, and improve self-competence.


Specific Requirement:

  • Major: Bachelor of Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Management, HR Management.
  • Proficient in various assessment tools
  • Proficient in Behavioral Event Interview
  • Placement in Karawang, West Java


General Qualifications:

  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 (scale 4.0)
  • Independent and ready to work in the manufacturing industry
