Counterman

Requirements
- Minimum SMK in Technical major
- Minimum 1 years experience in Sales Counter from Heavy Equipment Industry
Responsibilities
- Responsible for executing welcoming and closing event at counter for branches under his / her coverage , e.g., receive call, greet, create ticket, probing and gather information and needs from customers, validate, update issues, information into the system
- Responsible for executing parts quotation process, e.g., receive parts list, input data in system, validate customer ID and status, check parts validity, check alternative / replacement / up-level / down- level, check availability, check and validate price
- Responsible for executing parts ordering process, e.g., receive order reference (PO / SO), validate quotation number vs PO / SO, validate item, quantity, description and price, input data in system / activate quotation, check and action any halt in system
- Responsible for executing parts expediting process, e.g., provide daily BO report, check any unsuccessful order, check long outstanding order and take action accordingly in accordance with standard time and procedures to ensure parts OTIF achieved
- Responsible for preparating and completing of documents related to parts billing process, e.g., confirm parts arrival and issued to customer, collect and provide all supporting document to Sales Admin for billing process, dispatch the document to respective party
- Responsible for executing Counterman specific task, e.g., warehouse process, core inspection e.t.c in accordance with branch specific capability, to ensure branch capabilities are utilized to fulfill business requirement.
Manager Credit Management

Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Banking / Economics / Equivalent / Finance / Statistics major
- Minimum GPA 3.00
- Minimum 5 years experience in Credit Risk Management from Banking Industry
Responsibilities
- Accountable and responsible for ensuring SHE, Legal and all SOP compliance are implemented properly
- Accountable and responsible for managing subordinates’ performance evaluation, career development as well as competency, training needs analysis, managing resource requirements and improve employee engagement
- Accountable and responsible for ensuring the team to operate and deliver accordingly by coordinating, managing and aligning tasks
- Accountable and responsible for performing alignment with TMT group including represent Trakindo in group level meeting (e.g., CRC Meeting)
- Accountable and responsible for monitoring Credit Request (CCR) progress status, credit limit and credit usage for customer on regular basis including to take necessarily follow up or action item
- Accountable and responsible for increasing or decreasing credit limit
- Accountable for credit policy, procedure and tools socialization to region
- Accountable and responsible for analyzing and providing recommendation on customer credit restructuring for case of bad debt, including to renegotiate the provided recommendation and terms
- Accountable and responsible for analyzing customer data and generating potential default customers on regular basis
- Accountable and responsible for maintaining and updating credit decision tools according to risk appetite direction and valid policy
- Responsible for policy and process development for Credit and Credit Risk
- Responsible for assessing credit risk appetite and its translations to respective customer segments, KYC criteria and credit decision tool.
Sales Representative

Description
- Sales Representative Trainee program is a 6-months designed to kickstart your career in sales. The program begins with comprehensive 3-months in-class training at Trakindo Training Center in Cileungsi Bogor which aims to develop your essential sales skills and in-depth product knowledge. Following the in-class training, there will be 3-months On the Job training where you will learn about the implementation of the knowledges you gained in in-class training. Upon successfully completing the program, you will step into your role as a Sales Representative, and you'll be deployed to one of our branches across Indonesia where you can start your professional career as Sales in Heavy Equipment industry.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma 3 degree. Open from all major, but preferably from Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, and Marine Engineering major
- Maximum 30 years old
- Having sales experience max 2 years from heavy equipment, banking, insurance, industrial material, or other related industries
- Open for fresh graduates from Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, and Marine Engineering major.
- Have driving license (SIM A)
- Willing to be placed across Indonesia.
- Trainee Program Details
- Duration: 6 Months
- Three months intensive in-class training at Trakindo Training Center in Cileungsi, Bogor. Trainee will learn about basic sales skills and product knowledge.
- Three months On the Job training at one of our branches
- Final Evaluation: At the end of the trainee program
- Post Graduation of the Trainee Program: Will be hired as Sales Representative and will be deployed to one of our branches across Indonesia.

Warehouseman
Job Descriptions

Responsibilities
- Check package condition & items quantity, ensure stock orders received properly by ensuring the quantity and quality of parts, check any discrepancy / damage of stock order / transfer, receiving customer & service dept return as per PDP, put parts to the right Bin (Binning) and fill bin change form for no loc part
- Collect parts from stock locations to fill orders, prepare filled parts orders for shipment (including inter-branch transfers), supplying transit parts to end destination
- Count parts in bin locations to verify inventory records by conducting daily stock check, bin count listing and inventory stock check yearly), apply necessary protection to stock (such as put small parts in plastics and wrapping for bigger parts / components), ensure security of items stocked in warehouse
