1. Operation Superitendent

Job Description:

  • Plan and execute operational strategies for CY, Hauling, and Stockpile to meet management targets (PERE, Budget, etc.).
  • Supervise and monitor hauling operations to ensure delivery time, fuel efficiency, and coal quantity targets are achieved.
  • Analyze daily reports and operational performance.
  • Oversee material movement in the stockpile area.
  • Responsible for maintaining KPI, attendance ratio, and improvement (QCP, QCC, ss, etc.) for each team member.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering.
  • Has a minimum of 7 years of experience in managing mining operations, stockpile, and hauling activities.
  • Certified in POP / POM.
  • Willing to be placed in Palembang, South Sumatra.


2. Operation SPV – Palembang

Job Description:

  • Control coal delivery from CY – Stockpile to the port.
  • Supervise the number of units in operation and unloading duration as per regulations.
  • Monitor units in operation and weighing personnel during the weighing process.
  • Oversee the unloading process from train set to Flatdeck loading.
  • Handle incidents on hauling routes and ensure coal spills are reloaded to stockpile.
  • Ensure accurate data input for seam names and coal pickup locations.
  • Monitor stockpile activities, including coal segregation and FIFO strategy.
  • Responsible for preparing RKBM, draught survey, SKAB, SKPB, Statement Letters, LHV, and movement permits.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering.
  • Has a minimum of 4 years of experience in managing mining operations, stockpile, and hauling activities.
  • Certified in POP / POM.


3. Operation Group Leader – Palembang

Job Description:

  • Assist supervisor in executing coal delivery from CY to stockpile and port
  • Monitor unit availability and support smooth loading, hauling, and unloading operations
  • Guide field operators to follow procedures and meet performance targets
  • Supervise on-site weighing activities to ensure accurate data recording
  • Handle minor incidents along hauling routes and coordinate coal spill cleanup
  • Verify coal origin and seam identification during pickup and delivery
  • Oversee coal segregation and FIFO implementation at the stockpile
  • Support documentation tasks (e.g., SKAB, permits) as directed by the supervisor


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering.
  • Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing mining operations, stockpile, and hauling activities.
  • Certified in POP / POM.


4. Maintenance Supervisor – Palembang

Job Description:

  • Execute daily maintenance activities (corrective and preventive) on heavy equipment and machinery to minimize downtime.
  • Monitor maintenance cost performance based on part usage and labor, ensuring alignment with budget.
  • Supervise maintenance planning and resource allocation to support optimal execution.
  • Evaluate plant equipment KPIs, issue tracking (backlog, oil consumption, etc.), and performance reports.
  • Ensure safety of team members during all maintenance activities.
  • Develop and standardize procedures (SOPs) to align with company commitments.

  • At least 5 years of experience in the same field.
  • Minimum 3 years work experience as a heavy equipment mechanic.
  • Candidates must hold a POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certification.
  • Willing to be placed in Palembang, South Sumatera.


5. Welder 2G/3G/4G

  • Placement: Lahat, Sumatera Selatan


6. HRGA Supervisor – Lahat, Sumatera Selatan

Job Description:

  • Manage HRD operational activities including employee administration, recruitment, training and development, performance appraisal.
  • Manage GA operational activities: including office operational needs, catering, security and driver arrangements


Qualifications:

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics Management, Human Resource Management, or other relevant fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the same field.
  • Experienced in training and development, performance appraisal, and employee evaluation.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, as well as HR support applications (HRIS).
  • Willing to be placed in Lahat, South Sumatera.


7. Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP)

Placement: Jakarta


8. Personal Assistant – Jakarta

Job Description:

  • Manage the executive’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and business trips.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive and internal or external parties.
  • Assist in planning events or internal meetings.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
  • Arrange accommodation and transportation for business travel.
  • Set reminders for important agendas.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Studies, English Literature, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Personal Admin or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication, time management, and confidentiality skills.
  • Ability to work in a team.
