Hal itu dikarenakan berkas lamaran yang cantumkan terhadap perusahaan memiliki kesalahan ataupun berkas yang anda lemparkan tidak sesuai dengan kriteria/kebutuhan yang dimiliki oleh pihak perusahaan. Dalam hal ini anda disarankan terlebih dahulu sebelum anda melemparkan berkas lamaran anda terlebih dahulu anda harus mengetahui kriteria apa saja yang dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan ataupun skill yang dibutuhkan, dengan begitu anda akan mengetahui apakah skill dan kriteria yang anda miliki sesuai dengan keinginan perusahaan. Dan apabila hal tersebut tidak sesuai dengan keinginan anda, akan tetapi anda ingin masuk dalam perusahaan tersebut, maka jauh-jauh hari anda telah mencari tahu tentang perusahan tersebut, sehingga ketika dibukanya rekrutmen anda tidak akan mengalami kendala.

1. Officer Development Program (ODP) Retail Banking – RM SME

Officer Development Program (ODP) Retail Banking – RM SME is designed to be a future leader and professional in retail segment functions which mainly focuses on marketing activities for retail banking business, credit analysis activities, managing relationship customers and potential customers, monitoring and maintaining portfolio quality to achieve targets that have been set to provide optimal profits for BNI Retail Banking Business.


General Qualifications :

  • S1 /S2 from reputable universities with relevant field of studies with the minimum GPA
  • S1 : 3.00, max age : 25
  • S2 : 3.25, max age : 28
  • Proficient in English and submit your score in the application TOEFL min. 450 or equivalent (We only accept score provided by official /authorized institution and valid).
  • No member of nuclear family currently works in BNI (i.e., parents, siblings).
  • Single, never been married, and willing to remain unmarried during the journey of this program
  • Have an interest to expand career in sales / marketing
  • Willing to be placed all over Indonesia to support retail segment business in regional


Required Skills :

  • Proactive and highly initiative
  • Strong in persuasion & negotiation Excellent in interpersonal and communication
  • Oriented towards customer satisfaction
  • Good in critical & analytical thinking


2. Officer Development Program (ODP) Retail Banking – Wealth Management

Officer Development Program (ODP) Retail Banking – Wealth Management is designed to be a future leader and professional in the financial services industry, specifically in Wealth Management, with a primary focus on the development of investment, expanding the Emerald and Private Banking market by acquiring new clients to achieve set targets and deliver optimal profits for BNI Wealth Business.


General Qualifications :

  • S1 /S2 from reputable universities with relevant field of studies with the minimum GPA
  • S1 : 3.00, max age : 25
  • S2 : 3.25, max age : 28
  • Proficient in English and submit your score in the application TOEFL min. 450 or equivalent (We only accept score provided by official /authorized institution and valid).
  • No member of nuclear family currently works in BNI (i.e., parents, siblings).
  • Single, never been married, and willing to remain unmarried during the journey of this program
  • Passionate and interested in becoming a financial advisor.
  • Willing to be placed all over Indonesia to support Wealth Management Business


Required Skills :

  • Highly motivated to engage with new people
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation
  • Excellent in interpersonal and communication
  • Strong desire to achieve targets optimally
  • Strong critical and analytical thinking, along with effective problem-solving skills

  • S2 : 3.25, max age : 28
  • Proficient in English and submit your score in the application TOEFL min. 550 or equivalent (We only accept score provided by official /authorized institution and valid).
  • No member of nuclear family currently works in BNI (i.e., parents, siblings).
  • Single, never been married, and willing to remain unmarried during the journey of this program
  • Willing to be placed all over Indonesia


Required Skills :

  • Proactive and highly initiative Excellent in interpersonal and communication
  • Oriented towards customer satisfaction
  • Good in critical & analytical thinking


4. Asisstant Development Program (ADP)

Qualifications :

  • Indonesian Citizens
  • Physically and mentally resilient Height :
  • Male : Min. 165 cm
  • Female : Min. 157 cm
  • D3 / S1 from universities with the minimum GPA:
  • D3 : 2.75, max age 24
  • S1 : 2.75, max age 26
  • Excellent in interpersonal and communication
  • Never been involved in drugs or violations of the law, as proven by a Police Record Certificate (SKCK)
  • Single, never been married, and willing to remain unmarried during the journey of contract


5. Bina BNI

Qualifications :

  • Indonesian Citizens
  • Physically and mentally resilient Education :
  • Senior High School : final year report card average grades min. 7
  • D1 – S1 : GPA min. 2,5 Age : 18 – 25 years old
  • Excellent in interpersonal and communication
  • Never been involved in drugs or violations of the law, as proven by a Police Record Certificate (SKCK)
  • Get parental consent to participate in the BINA BNI internship program
  • Single, never been married, and willing to remain unmarried during the journey of this program
  • Never had any work experience (Fresh Graduate)
