Dan apabila hal tersebut tidak sesuai dengan keinginan anda, akan tetapi anda ingin masuk dalam perusahaan tersebut, maka jauh-jauh hari anda telah mencari tahu tentang perusahan tersebut, sehingga ketika dibukanya rekrutmen anda tidak akan mengalami kendala.

Merdeka Tsingshan Indonesia (MTI) yang merupakan bagian dari PT Merdeka Copper Gold, Tbk. dan beroperasi di Morowali, Sulawesi Tengah beberapa waktu lalu membekali pengemudinya dengan pengetahuan tentang keselamatan mengemudi. Fabio Silap, Health and Safety Superintendent MTI menyatakan bahwa hal tersebut penting mengingat pengemudi dari MTI setiap hari harus beroperasi melalui dua tipe lalu lintas, yaitu lalu lintas di area industri dan lalu lintas jalan raya yang tentu saja membutuhkan pendekatan yang berbeda dalam melakukan tugasnya sehari-hari.

Dan berikut adalah ketentuan dan persyaratan yang dibutuhkan sebagai berikut.

1. Cost Control Superintendent

As the Cost Control Superintendent at PT Merdeka Tsingshan Indonesia, you’ll be responsible to oversee and manage cost control functions, including budget review, financial monitoring, variance reporting, and fixed asset tracking to ensure compliance and timely reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate financial transactions, support audits, and provide strategic input on contracts and vendor cost assessments while driving continuous cost efficiency and process improvements.


Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related major.
  • At least 10 years of proven experience and 5 years in a supervisory position in finance or cost control.
  • Strong knowledge in budgeting, forecasting and cost variance analysis.
  • Proficiency in report writing, Microsoft Excel, ERP (especially Pronto) and presentations is mandatory.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), Brevet A&B and Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Mandarin is considered as advantage.
  • Possess a strong analytical thinking, detail oriented, leadership and team building.
  • Excellent teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse departments and stakeholders.

2. Boiler Operator

Boiler Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining boiler systems to ensure a stable and efficient steam supply for smooth plant operations. Responsibilities include conducting routine inspections, recording operational data, addressing equipment issues, and supporting preventive maintenance in compliance with applicable safety and environmental standards.


Requirements :

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in operating industrial boilers.
  • Possess a valid K3 Boiler Operator Certificate (minimum Class II) issued by the Ministry of Manpower, Republic of Indonesia.
  • Strong understanding of boiler operating principles, safety procedures, and preventive maintenance.
  • Skilled in conducting inspections, maintenance, and cleaning of boilers and related equipment.
  • Able to record and interpret operational data such as temperature, pressure, and fuel consumption.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues when equipment abnormalities occur.
  • Excellent teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse division and stakeholders.

3. Admin Officer (Mandarin Speaker)

Admin Officer (Mandarin Speaker) is responsible for performing administrative tasks, including data and document management, report preparation, handling correspondence, document archiving, and supporting other operational administrative activities.


Requirements :

  • Minimum diploma (D3) in Business Administration or a related major.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar position, preferably in production administration field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizing and coordinating skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English languages.
  • Possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail in data evaluation and reporting.
  • Excellent teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates the capacity to work efficiently in high-pressure situations.

4. Mandarin Translator

Mandarin Translator will be responsible for providing accurate and effective translations and interpretations between Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia or English. This role involves working closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients to facilitate effective communication. The Mandarin Translator will also assist in document translation, meetings, presentations, and other relevant tasks.

  • Senior High School (SMA) or equivalent (a higher degree is preferred, especially in Mandarin-related fields)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant industry (e.g., mining, manufacturing, smelter, construction project, etc.)
  • Able to speak and read Simplified Chinese fluently.
  • HSK Level 4 certificate or above is an advantage.
  • Proficient in using computers, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with cross-cultural and cross-department teams.

5. Assistant Production Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker)

Assistant Production Supervisor is responsible for assisting the supervisor in organizing production activities, managing personnel and equipment, ensuring safety compliance, conducting inspections, and supervising employees to maintain smooth operations. Enforced safety, environmental, and 7S standards, managed team performance, and supported monthly evaluations, adhering to all regulations and completing assigned tasks.


Requirements :

  • Minimum diploma (D3) in Chemical, Metallurgy, Engineering or a related major.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in a supervisory or technical role, preferably in chemical industry or metal processing plant.
  • In-depth knowledge of Mandarin skills both speaking, listening, writing, or reading.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse departments and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in high-risk environments with a commitment to safety and health standards.
  • Ability to work on high pressure circumstances and willing to be assigned to dynamic environments or project sites.

  • Site Service (General Affair) Superintendent is responsible for leading and managing all site support operations, including facilities, accommodation, transportation, catering, and general administrative services to ensure efficient and safe workplace conditions. This role coordinates with vendors, ensures compliance with company policies and regulations, manages budgets, and drives operational improvements.


Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of proven experience in Site Services, General Affairs, or Facilities Management, preferably in mining, smelter, or large-scale industrial projects.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in planning and organizing: Site facilities and office utilities management; staff accommodation, transportation, and catering services; vendor and contractor coordination, procurement, and cost management.
  • Ability to implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Mandarin is considered as advantage.
  • Excellent teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse departments and stakeholders.
