1. Officer Development Program (ODP) Retail Banking - RM SME

Officer Development Program (ODP) Retail Banking - RM SME is designed to be a future leader and professional in retail segment functions which mainly focuses on marketing activities for retail banking business, credit analysis activities, managing relationship customers and potential customers, monitoring and maintaining portfolio quality to achieve targets that have been set to provide optimal profits for BNI Retail Banking Business.

General Qualifications :

• Bachelor's / Master's degree from reputable universities with relevant field of studies with the minimum GPA
• Bachelors degree : 3.00, with maximum age : 25 years old
• Master's degree : 3.25, with maximum age : 28 years old
• Proficient in English and submit your score in the application TOEIC minimum 400 or equivalent (We only accept score provided by official / authorized institution and valid).
• No member of nuclear family currently works in BNI (i.e., parents, siblings).
• Single, never been married, and willing to remain unmarried during the journey of this program.
• Have an interest to expand career in sales / marketing.
• Willing to be placed all over Indonesia to support retail segment business in regional.

• Officer Development Program (ODP) Retail Banking - Wealth Management is designed to be a future leader and professional in the financial services industry, specifically in Wealth Management, with a primary focus on the development of investment, expanding the Emerald and Private Banking market by acquiring new clients to achieve set targets and deliver optimal profits for BNI Wealth Business.

General Qualifications :

• Bachelor's / Master's degree from reputable universities with relevant field of studies with the minimum GPA
• Bachelors degree : 3.00, with maximum age : 25 years old
• Master's degree : 3.25, with maximum age : 28 years old
• Proficient in English and submit your score in the application TOEFL minimum 450 or equivalent (We only accept score provided by official / authorized institution and valid).
• No member of nuclear family currently works in BNI (i.e., parents, siblings).
• Single, never been married, and willing to remain unmarried during the journey of this program.
• Passionate and interested in becoming a financial advisor.
• Willing to be placed all over Indonesia to support Wealth Management Business.

• Officer Development Program (ODP) Data Analytic focuses on developing talents with expertise in data analytics to strengthen data-driven decision-making across all segments and services of BNI.

Function

• Data Analytics : Analyzing and interpreting data to answer business questions.
• Data Engineer : Building and maintaining the infrastructure that allows data to be collected, stored, and accessed efficiently.
• Data Visualization : Presenting data in a visual format to make insights clear and support decision-making.
• Data Science : Using algorithms and statistic model to make predictions and data-driven solutions.

General Qualifications :

• Bachelor's / Master's degree from reputable universities with relevant field of studies with the minimum GPA
• Bachelors degree : 3.00, with maximum age : 25 years old
• Master's degree : 3.25, with maximum age : 28 years old
• Graduates from Computer Science, IT, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering majors, or other relevant fields.
• Preferably holds a nationally or internationally recognized certification related to Data Analytics
• Proficient in English and submit your score in the application TOEIC minimum 400 or equivalent (We only accept score provided by official / authorized institution and valid).

• Never been involved in drugs or violations of the law, as proven by a Police Record Certificate (SKCK)

• Get parental consent to participate in the BINA BNI internship program
• Single, never been married, and willing to remain unmarried during the journey of this program
• Never had any work experience (Fresh Graduate)
