1. Finance Staff

Requirement:

• Min Diploma’s degree in Accounting. Finance, or related flieds
• Min. 2 years experience as a Finance staff, preferably in mining industry
• Experienced in managing company’s financial transaction including all payment process data at site
• Highly disciplined, detail-oriented person and good communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Available to join immediately or on short notice
• Willing to work on a roster schedule at Matarape, Central Sulawesi site or at our sister’s company exploration project

Job Description:

• Prepare and input company’s financial transaction data at the site
• Responsible for all payment processes at site
• Responsible for preparing financial report and updating data to the Head Office
• Coordinate with internal and external (vendor) related to the company’s financial activites.

2. Foreman Environmental

Requirement:

• Min Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering
• Min. 2 years experience as an Environmental Foreman is nickel mining industry
• Certified in POP, General Occupational HSE, ISO 140018 AMDAL
• Experienced in monitoring environmental and inspection work areas, managing hazardous (B3) and non-hazardou (Non B3) also ensuring company compliance with envir regulation
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provid direction and safety training to all employees.
• Discipline and detail oriented person
• Available to join immediately or on short notice

• Willing to work on a roster schedule at Matarape, Centra Sulawesi site

Job Description:

• Manage hazardous (B3) and non-hazardous waste, develop and implement programs in accordance with the Mining Environmental Management System
• Conduct monitoring and inspection to ensure site facilites comply with environmental regulations
• Coordination with other departements about environmental issues
• Prepare environmental reports (weekly and monthly)

3. QHSE Officer

Requirement:

• Min Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering
• Min. 2 years experience as an QHSE Officer in nickel mining industry
• Certified in POP, ISMKP, ISO 14001, ISO 9001 & ISO 45001
• Experienced in managing and monitoring HSE document, identify HSE regulation and programs in accordance with Mining Environmental Management System.
• Strong communication skills, discipline and detail oriented person
• Capable of monitoring and evaluating HSE programs effectively
• Available to join immediately or on short notice
• Placed in Head Office, Senopati – South Jakarta

Job Description:

• Maintain and update HSE management document
• Responsible to monitor and control HSE data system update
• Assist in conducting internal audits of HSE Management System
• Provide education and training about QHSE program including safety procedures, APD usage and emergency response
• Prepare weekly work plan for QHSE mining safety programs
• Evaluate HSE regulation in accordance with mining law

4. Foreman Quality System & Compliance

Requirement:

• Min Diploma’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Mining Engineering. Environmental Engineering or related field.
• Min. 2 years experience in QHSE roles, preferably in mining industry
• Certified in QHSE training such as AK3, ISMKP, ASMKP, POP
• Hands-on experience in handling emergency situation and conducting accident investigation
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide direction and safety training to all employees.
• Capable of monitoring and evaluating HSE programs on-site effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Available to join immediately or on short notice
• Willing to work on a roster schedule at Matarape. Central Sulawesi site

Job Description:

• Conduct regular inspection to ensure all mining operation comply with QHSE standards
• Investigate workplace incidents to identify root causes and recommend preventive action
• Provide education and training about QHSE program including safety procedures, APD usage and emergency response
• Prepare weekly work plan for QHSE mining safety programs

5. Dept Head Operation & Processing

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or Geological Engineering
• Min 5 years of experience as a Departement Head/Coordinator in Mine Operations
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Having a knowledge in open-pit mining operations, production processes and heavy equipment
• POM certification (mandatory), POU is an advantage
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Familiar with mining software such as Surpac
• Willing to work on a roster schedule at Matarape, Central Sulawesi site

Job Description:

• Supervise mining operations to ensure safe, efficient and highly productive production activites
• Oversee the use and operation of heavy equipment and ensure compliance with HSE standards
• Provide leadership and direction to the mining team to ensure the achievement of operational objective
• Prepare periodic report to Deputy Project Manager regarding target achievements
• Evaluate mining plans and realization of field activities
• Ensure the availability of equipment and operators to achieve annual targets through monthly, weekly and daily goals.

6. Dept Head HSE

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Min. 5 years of experience as a HSE Dept Head, preferably within the nickel mining industry
• Certified in the POM, K3, SMKP, Amdal type A is a plus
• Proficient in developing, implementing and managing HSE procedures in mining operations
• Hands-on experience in monitoring program and identifying training needs for employee related to HSE implementation
• Good communication in English (both written or spoken)
• High discipline, able to lead team and coordination with cross functional team
• Willing to work on a roster at a Matarape, Central Sulawesi site
• Available to join immediately or on short notice

Job Description:

• Capable of planning, monitoring, implementing and facilitating continuous improvements in mining safety management in accordance with regulations company standards
• Responsible for developing and implementing Mining Safety and Environmental programs on site. monitoring their execution and identifying training to all employees about HSE program
• Conduct routine inspections to assess job-related hazard and potential impact
• Prepare HSE reports on a weekly and monthly basis

7. Driller

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

• Mengoperasikan mesin bor Jacro.
• Memastikan pelaksanaan P2H dan pemeliharaan rutin mesin bor.
• Melakukan perawatan ringan apabila terjadi kerusakan kecil pada mesin bor

Kualifikasi :

• Pendidikan minimal SMA/sederajat.
• Memiliki pengalaman dan keterampilan dalam mengoperasikan mesin bor minimal 3 tahun di pertambangan nikel.
• Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem roster di Konawe Utara.
• Menguasai pemeliharaan dan perbaikan ringan pada mesin bor.

8. Mekanik Alat Bor Jacro

Persyaratan :

• Laki-laki, Usia 23-45 Tahun
• Pendidikan sederajat, minimal SMA/SMK jurusan diutamakan otomotif, teknik mesin atau jurusan yang relevan
• Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun diutamakan di industri pertambangan.
• Mampu menangani masalah dan pemeliharaan mesin untuk unit bor/rig
• Diuatamakan memiliki sertifikasi terkait
• Sehat jasmani dan rohani, serta bebas dari narkoba
• Bersedia join dalam waktu dekat
• Penempatan Site Routa, Konawe Utara
