1. Aircraft TechnicianPantai & Kepulauan

Job Description :

• As an Aircraft Maintenance Technician at PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk (GMF), you will be responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance activities to ensure the safety, reliability, and continued airworthiness of aircraft. You will carry out maintenance tasks in accordance with approved maintenance manuals, manufacturer instructions, aviation regulations, and GMF quality and safety standards.
• In this role, you will perform inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, component replacements, and functional testing on aircraft systems and structures while maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation. You will work closely with engineers, inspectors, and other maintenance personnel to ensure maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and within the required turnaround time.

2. Aircraft Maintenance Planner

Job Description :

• As an Aircraft Maintenance Planner at PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk (GMF), you will be responsible for developing and managing aircraft maintenance plans to ensure maintenance activities are executed safely, efficiently, and on schedule while maintaining compliance with aviation regulations, quality standards, and operational requirements. You will work closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Operations, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to optimize maintenance schedules, resource utilization, and aircraft availability.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other relevant Engineering disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in maintenance planning, maintenance scheduling, production planning, operations planning, fleet planning, project coordination, or other related functions within the aviation, airline, MRO, or similar technical industries.
• Strong knowledge of Aircraft Maintenance Planning (AMP), maintenance scheduling, and fleet maintenance planning principles.

3. Aircraft Maintenance Training Instructor

Job Description :

• As an Instructor at PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk (GMF), you will be responsible for planning, developing, and delivering high-quality theoretical and practical training programs to ensure the competence of aircraft maintenance personnel in accordance with applicable aviation regulations, approved training standards, and GMF learning procedures. The role supports the development of a highly skilled workforce while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Key responsibilities include conducting classroom, practical, and on-the-job training; preparing and maintaining training materials based on approved syllabi and regulatory requirements; assessing trainee competence through examinations and practical evaluations; and serving as an Examiner and Invigilator during training and certification activities. The Instructor is also responsible for maintaining accurate training records, monitoring training effectiveness, and contributing to the continuous improvement of training programs and instructional methodologies.
• The role requires the application of sound technical expertise in aircraft maintenance and the ability to communicate complex engineering concepts clearly using approved maintenance documentation and technical references. Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or Diploma Degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in an Aircraft Maintenance Organization (AMO), Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO), aviation technical training, maintenance instruction, instructional delivery, or other related aviation technical functions.
• Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aviation Training, or other relevant engineering or aviation disciplines.
• Holds a valid Basic Certificate, Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License (AMEL), or Certificate of Maintenance Approval (COMA), as applicable.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, instructors, and business units to support the execution of training initiatives while maintaining the accuracy and integrity of training data and learning records.

Your key responsibilities include :

• Develop, coordinate, and manage the annual and monthly Calendar of Training (COT) schedule to ensure training programs are delivered effectively and in accordance with business priorities.
• Administer and maintain training curricula, Learning Management System (LMS) data, employee training records, and training databases to ensure information remains accurate, complete, and up to date. Coordinate end-to-end training logistics, including scheduling, instructor coordination, venue arrangements, learning resources, and communication with participants and relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness by analysing learning evaluation results, training participation data, and performance metrics, and prepare comprehensive reports to support continuous improvement initiatives.

• As a Production Support Staff at PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk (GMF), you will support the smooth execution of aircraft maintenance operations by ensuring the availability of tools, materials, technical documentation, and production records. You will coordinate daily production support activities, maintain accurate inventory and maintenance data, prepare maintenance work packages, and assist maintenance personnel in accordance with aviation regulations, quality standards, and company procedures.

Requirements :

• Applicants must hold a Senior High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience preferred, or a Diploma (D3) or equivalent in a relevant field.

6. Bonded Zone Analyst

• As a Bonded Zone Analyst at PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk (GMF), As a Bonded Zone Analyst, you will support bonded warehouse operations (Pusat Logistik Berikat) by monitoring material movements, maintaining accurate inventory records, PLB customs document, preparing for yealy customs audit, and ensuring compliance with customs regulations and company procedures.

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade,  Business Administration, Law, Industrial Engineering or a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in customs clearance, export-import (EXIM), customs compliance, bonded zone operations (kawasan berikat), logistics, or a related function.
• Good understanding of Indonesian customs and import-export regulations and procedures.
• Familiarity with bonded facility operations, customs documentation, and import-export processes.
• Familiarity with customs system CEISA, INSW, SAP or similar systems is prefered.
• Experience in coordinating with DJBC, PPJK/customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other logistics service providers is preferred.
• Possession of Ahli Kepabeanan / PPJK-related certification is an advantage.

7. Quality Material Inspector

• As a Quality Material Inspector, you will be responsible for performing acceptance and receiving inspections of aircraft components and materials received from external customers, suppliers, and distributors. You will ensure that aircraft components and materials meet applicable purchase order (PO) or repair order (RO) requirements, documentation and certification requirements, material traceability requirements, and applicable regulatory and airworthiness standards.
• You will perform detailed inspections of aircraft components, materials, certificates, and supporting documentation, identify and control non-conforming materials, verify shelf-life and life-limited part requirements, and ensure proper recording and system transactions. The role also involves handling customer-supplied materials, dangerous goods/hazardous materials, and Electrostatic Discharge Sensitive (ESDS) materials in accordance with applicable procedures and safety requirements.

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant experience with educational backgrounds include Aviation/Aeronautical  Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or other relevant disciplines.

• As an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME), you will be responsible for performing and certifying aircraft maintenance activities, including inspections, testing, troubleshooting, repairs, modifications, and system rectifications in accordance with approved maintenance data, aviation regulations, manufacturer instructions, and company procedures. You will ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable quality and airworthiness standards.
• In this role, you will provide technical guidance and supervision to maintenance personnel, review and certify maintenance documentation, and collaborate with Engineering, Planning, Quality, and Operations teams to resolve technical issues and support aircraft reliability. 9. Aircraft Quality Inspector

• As an Aircraft Quality Inspector at PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk (GMF), you will play a critical role in ensuring that all aircraft maintenance activities are performed in accordance with applicable aviation regulations, customer requirements, manufacturer instructions, and GMF quality standards. You will serve as an independent quality representative responsible for inspecting, monitoring, and verifying maintenance activities throughout the maintenance process to ensure aircraft safety, reliability, and continued airworthiness.
• You will oversee all aspects of maintenance activities, including pre-maintenance, in-process, and post-maintenance inspections. Your responsibilities will include implementing and monitoring Quality Control Programs to ensure the serviceability and airworthiness of aircraft, engines, and components in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• This role requires strong technical expertise in aircraft electrical, avionics, and navigation systems, maintenance procedures, inspection techniques, and aviation regulations. • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in internal audit, external audit, risk management, compliance, internal control, or a related function.
• Professional certification such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), or other relevant professional certification is an advantage.
• Experience in an aviation, MRO, airline, manufacturing, engineering, or other regulated industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with aviation regulations, MRO processes, or aviation safety and quality management systems is an advantage.
• Knowledge of enterprise risk management (ERM) and corporate governance practices is an advantage.
• Good understanding of internal audit principles, risk-based auditing, internal control frameworks, and  business process evaluation.
• Good understanding of risk management, corporate governance, and compliance principles.
• Ability to assess business processes, identify control gaps, evaluate risks, and develop practical recommendations.
• Good understanding of financial and operational processes and their associated risks.
• Strong report-writing and documentation skills.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees and management at various organizational levels.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Able to work independently with a high level of integrity, objectivity, confidentiality, and professional judgment.
• Willingness to travel or conduct audits at operational sites, subsidiaries, or other company locations when required.

• As a Logistic Controller at PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk (GMF), As a Logistic Controller, you will ensure the efficient movement of materials across warehouse, distribution, and export-import operations by coordinating logistics activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliance with logistics and customs requirements.

Requirements :

• Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a relevant field.
• A valid degree/graduation certificate is mandatory
• Minimun 3 years experiences in Supply Chain area : Warehouse / Distribution / Export-Import
