1. Global Traineeship Program – Commercial

• Are you curious about marketing, sales and building strong brands? In FrieslandCampina’s Global Traineeship Commerce, you will explore how we bring our B2C brands to life in the market. Your creativity, analytical mindset and commercial instinct will all be put to good use as you learn how to create value for consumers, customers and the business.

This year Frieslandcampina Traineeship Commerce will include 2 functions where you can choose your best preference. Those are :

Sales Revenue Growth Management (RGM)

Brand Marketing

1. Sales Revenue Growth Management

In this field you will help the company to drive profitable growth by turning consumer, customer, and market insights into pricing, promotion, assortment, and revenue growth strategies.

Key responsibilities :

• Support strategic pricing and price-pack architecture projects
• Analyze promotion effectiveness and ROI
• Identify growth opportunities across channels, customers, and categories

2. Brand Marketing

In this field you will grow FC business of the assigned brand profitably to win in the market by driving penetration through main drivers: purposeful brand propeller, consistent storytelling and at scale engagement.

Key responsibilities :

• Ensure the production and implementation of all brand communication
• Continuously measure the performance (data-driven optimization) of brand campaign (communication, activation, media review)

Ensure the brand campaign/key message is translated and executed

2. Global Traineeship Program – Engineering & Technology

• Are you ready to kickstart your career at a company with a fully integrated supply chain, taking our products from grass to glass? This is what makes FrieslandCampina unique. Our supply chain is at the heart of everything we do, bringing together our farmers, production locations, logistics network and customers around the world.
• In the Global Supply Chain Traineeship, you will experience different parts of this chain, starting in one of our plants in your first rotation and growing into one of our global functions in your second rotation.
• As a Global Supply Chain Trainee, you will work with different teams to improve organizational, technological and analytical processes. You will contribute to ensuring that the right products are delivered to the right places at the right time and at the right cost.
• This three-year program offers you the opportunity to develop your leadership and technical skills through two diverse rotations. You might step into roles such as Team Leader in the packaging department, Demand Planner at our headquarters, or a planning-related role at one of our production sites. After completing two challenging roles, you will have built a strong foundation in supply chain, business understanding and managerial competencies for your future career.

1. Continuous Improvement Project Manager

• In this role, you will support improvement projects within one of FrieslandCampina’s production locations. You will help analyze processes, identify opportunities to work more efficiently and contribute to initiatives that improve performance, quality and sustainability.

2. Global Supply Chain Optimization Specialist

• As a Global Supply Chain Optimization Specialist, you will work on strategic supply chain topics that connect different markets, functions and production locations. You might support projects related to network design, planning optimization, cost-to-serve improvements or global supply chain performance. In this role, you will use data and business insights to identify opportunities, shape recommendations and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to improve how our supply chain operates globally.
