Description :
- Consistently evaluate, improve and maintain assigned operations support and general suppliers and vendors KPIs (OTIF, PO confirmation, delivery, GRIR, critical expediting, MDR, Action the GRIR, action GSP notes, etc.) and work through and resolve outstanding issues. Lead discussions on improvement initiatives with vendor that can provide significant benefit and improvements to their performance.
- Analyze, negotiate and finalize periodic price adjustment from assigned operations support and general vendors including obtain the necessary approval from higher procurement leadership, update to the system for PIR and Outline Agreement in timely manner to provide the best value to company.

2. Geo Engineering – Officer, Division Admin & Support

The key duties and responsibilities of this position are:
- Assist and responsible for division wide recruitment process, internship program, expatriate counterpart, oversee all the process from start to completion, and support end users in the process.
- Maintain the divisions manpower status, e.g. VAT and absenteeism, and provide periodical manpower reporting required by Geo Engineering management.
- Provide supports to Geo Engineering personnel in general administration matters, e.g. benefits claim, travel arrangement, company business, cash advance, emergency, meeting arrangement, BVTR (Business Visitor Travel Request) approval process and assist in preparation and others related activities.
- Coordinate and provide supports to the division’s contractors, e.g. attendance list, benefits, manpower status, travel arrangement, and invoicing when the contractors size do not allow them to have full administration presence in the site.

3. Geo Engineering – Engineer, Geo Engineering Support

The key duties and responsibilities of this position are :
- Collecting, measuring, and monitoring data in various Hydrology/Geotechnical data through field survey.
- Ensuring proper equipment calibration and troubleshooting, to ensure accurate data collection.
- Install and manage Hydrology/Geotechnical monitoring equipment including material monitoring and management.
- Organizing, and managing collected data using software tools and database.
- Processing Hydrology/Geotechnical collected data to make analysis related to hydrological and geotechnical condition and potential issues.
- Create and manage drilling plans as well for maintain, stocktaking, monitoring consumables and installation materials in accordance with the drilling master plan.
- Coordinate with Geo Engineering purchasing section related with procurement status are meet with the drilling plan and criteria.

The key duties and responsibilities of this position are :
- Observe, collect and record geologic facts in the areas with focus on GBC development area of active production block, drawpoint production panel and/ or as assigned for use by the company.
- Fill out daily Geo Engineering approved mapping, sampling and logging data forms to record geologic data for database input in line with Company SOPs.
- Report as directed (daily, weekly, monthly as required by management) work progress so that adequate records of progress to the achievement of department and group goals can be maintained and further included in required reporting to management, government etc.
- Report observations on the geology in written formats as required so that this information can be included in further compilation and interpretation of the data and so that company records are maintained for the future.

- Provides expertise in application design, database design, and solution supports.
- Conducts requirements gathering activities with clients from internal and external of the division.
- Deep involvement in the development of solutions with the development team, mostly contractors, using acQuire, Microsoft SQL Server, Java, VBA/Basic, Python, Android mobile, data science and other mainstream technology platforms in Windows environment.
- Provide supports to clients that requires our technology solution development expertise. Supports acQuire database modification, data query requests from internal division for various purposes.

6. Geo Engineering – Officer, Contract & Cost Control

The key duties and responsibilities of this position are :
- Assist and responsible for contract administration under Geo Engineering division related with initial contract, extend process, amendment and contract closing in accordance with PTFI policy.
- Assist with the review and analysis of Contract under Geoengineering including coordinate with the PTFI Contract Department to ensure contractual commitments are executed smoothly in timely manner and in compliance with the executed contract.
- Actively facilitate, coordinate, and prepare value contract document with end user to determine the need in contract management, including contract financial, extension, scope of work, amendment, contract closing, manpower composition in accordance with company’s policies and procedures.
- Direct, monitor, and review the preparation of initial contract counter claims for rebuttal or counter assessment of contractor claims under Geo Engineering division responsibility, when necessary, in order to ensure accurate data and/or information.
- Periodically coordinate with Contract Department, Finance & Accounting Department, Human Resources Dept, and Safety Mine Division to ensure contract assignment, financial budget, contract scope of work, deliverables, manpower, payment, and Safety compliance are handled in accordance with company’s policies and procedures.
- Liaise with Safety department on review related to the Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) and Hazard Identification and Risk Analysis (HIRA) related to the contract scope of work under Geo Engineering division.
- Responsible for Contractors Manpower in terms of managing Mobilization and Demobilization process in timely manner.
- Participate in the Competitive Bidding process (RFP/ Tender) by providing assistance/feedback to Contract user in terms of contract performance and safety aspect.
- Assist with Contractor Online Disciplinary System (ODS) in terms of review, coordination with related stakeholders, Contractor, end users internal division.

9. Smelter Operation Readiness – Chief Accountant Account Receivables Operation

The key duties and responsibilities of this position are :
Accounts Receivables :
- Lead the A/R activities in reviewing, verifying and checking Account Receivable Collected, Maintaining Cash Advance from Customer, supporting back up, correct amount, and processed on timely manner according to the company policies and procedures.
- Lead the A/R Activities in direct control on performing proper timely reconciliation for customer balance.
- Review and analyze any problem arise to provide solution according to the company procedures, including provide recommendation to superior for problem-solving.
- Review any sales invoice to customer and ensure the proper VAT on the invoice, proper GL account code and invoice due date.
- Monitor the collectability of the sales receivable and recordation.

- Develop project plan of activities in drafting and designing, in order to provide clear guidance for subordinates in performing their assignments and to achieve designated target.
- Organize and control drafting activities (e.g., work order, etc.) in order to meet project completion in effective and timely manner.
- Review drawing and design (including structural integrity and other dimension of drawings) according to QA/QC and other standard, in order to obtain maximum accuracy and comply with client and ISO requirements.
- Design the substitution of materials to ensure availability of substituted material that has identical mechanical and structural specification with the original materials according to cost effectiveness.
